Yes. We offer fixed-fee options across much of our wills and probate work – for example wills from £195 + VAT – and we are always clear about costs from the outset, with no hidden surprises. For more complex estates we will explain our charges before any work begins.
Do I need a will, a power of attorney, or both?
Most people benefit from both. A will deals with your wishes after death, while a Lasting Power of Attorney protects you during your lifetime if you lose the capacity to make decisions. Putting both in place gives you and your family the most complete protection.
