Clare Railton

I joined SBB in November 2020 when SBB took over the Private Client department of Heptonstalls. I am based at the Goole office focusing on private client work. I deal with all aspects of Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

I gained a 2:1 Bachelor of Law honours degree from Wolverhampton University before completing my Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in York. I trained as a Solicitor in Wakefield and qualified in 2004. Since qualifying I have worked at a law firm in Leeds and then another in Harrogate until I started with my employment at Heptonstalls back in 2014.

I am a good listener, approachable and eager to help my clients and explain things in a way that is easy for them to comprehend. I pride myself on the standard of work I produce to clients.

When I am not working I love spending time with my husband and children walking, days out and on holidays.
